How to line parts on a purchase order

  1. At ENTER OPERATION type “L” and hit enter
  2. Type the part number or press F3 for part look up
  3. Next enter the quantity needed
  4. After the quantity is entered hit enter until you get to the override price
  5. If needing to override the purchasing price enter here
  6. If not enter to the next line
  7. Once all parts are entered press F2
  8. Then at ENTER OPERATION type PRINT and hit enter
