My IP address is changing.

If you or your ISP provider is changing your Static or Gateway IP address please contact Polaris Support because there are several steps that need to be taken BEFORE any changes are made. 1. Schedule the change over between Polaris and ISP because Polaris will have to input the new information into your Juniper firewall device before ISP makes changes in their router. There will be a brief period of time that you will not have internet access. 2. Prior to the switch over, Polaris will need the following information: a) New static IP address b) New gateway IP address c) New DNS IP address **Polaris will work with you and your internet provider so please contact us or have you IP provider contact us for information gathering prior to the switch over.
