How to submit a support ticket within Polaris using create a support call link.

 

 

  • First make sure that you have the option in your Master menu. It should be labeled as “Create a Support Call”.
    • If you do not have this option, please call us and let us know.

 

  • If you do you have this option, when you hit ENTER, you will be directed to a web page.
    • In the top right corner of the page is a button labeled “+ new ticket”. Click that and it will bring up a page where you can fill out information regarding your issue.
    • Please make sure to fill every field out as detailed as possible (Order numbers, printer names, exact names of reports, operations used, etc.)
    • When you are done, click create ticket at the bottom of your screen and we will get to it as soon as possible.
